Global updates in Control Center offered ongoing standardization of Smartsheet projects but running those updates could be arduous and was prone to errors at scale. Our goal was to re-imagine the change management process allowing customers to update their projects more easily and reliably, add a variety of new change types, and simplify the experience by publishing updates right from the template itself.
